Kent B. Hanson, J.D.

Senior Attorney and Shareholder
Kent Hanson’s practice is national in scope and consists primarily of defending manufacturers in automotive and motorcycle products liability litigation. He has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts from coast to coast, and has an active mediation practice. Mr. Hanson is a member of the bars of the States of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington, California and Ohio, as well as numerous United States District Courts and Courts of Appeal. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1979, and is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.

Mickey W. Greene, J.D.

Senior Attorney and Shareholder
Mick Greene is an experienced civil trial lawyer with a particular focus on complex discovery, briefing, appellate work and motion practice. He has represented corporate and individual clients for nearly 30 years. He also is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. Mr. Greene is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts in Minnesota, as well as in the State of Wisconsin. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1984.

Paul E. D. Darsow, J.D.

Attorney and Shareholder
Paul Darsow has over 15 years experience as an appellate and trial lawyer. He combines his considerable knowledge of substantive law and courtroom procedures with persuasive oral advocacy and written communication to obtain outstanding results for his clients in state and federal courts. Paul has a particular focus on appellate litigation and complex motion practice, as a compliment to his expertise planning litigation strategy and ensuring a properly preserved record for appeal. Paul’s experience includes personal injury, products liability, professional liability, premises liability, employment discrimination and liquor (dram shop) liability. He has extensive experience defending clients in automobile cases involving bodily injury claim, no-fault claims, uninsured and underinsured coverage issues. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, United States District Courts for the Districts of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin and all state courts of Minnesota and North Dakota. Paul is a 1998 graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law.

Nathaniel R. Greene, J.D.

Attorney
Nate Greene joined the Hanson Bolkcom Law Group in January, 2016, bringing a wide range of legal experience helping clients navigate complex legal challenges in the litigation and administrative law arenas. He previously practiced for 5 years with other firms in the Minneapolis area and worked for Thomson Reuters. He is admitted to practice in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, and is a 2009 graduate of Marquette University Law School.

Mary E. Bolkcom, J.D.

Of Counsel
Mary Bolkcom was a founding shareholder and became Of Counsel to the firm as of January 1, 2016. Her trial practice has focused primarily on product liability defense, emphasizing automotive matters. She is a member of the bars of the states of Minnesota and New York, as well as numerous United States District Courts and Courts of Appeal. She is also an experienced commercial litigator, and has been a frequent lecturer, both nationally and locally, for continuing legal education seminars on product liability and trial related topics. Ms. Bolkcom graduated cum laude from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1980.
